Summer Workshops Complete!

Mechanical

Work has been completed on rebuilding the robot from the 2009-2010 season in time for the CSU-SM STEM and Point Loma Credit Union demo events. The camera mount was also re-fabricated, allowing the Software team to experiment with and develop its features.

Electrical

The electrical board has been re-made, with new labeling guidelines for better troubleshooting, tighter space constraints, and cleaner routing.

 

Software

Our programming team brushed up on their Labview and Java skills, training new members on how to code the robot. They also experimented with strobe lights for demo events, and camera code to stream to the dashboard.
